OUR MISSION

TO EDUCATE and ENRICH the musical lives of young musicians through a rigorous orchestral immersion program and a series of public performances;

TO PROVIDE Institute Fellows with the experience of professional instruction through private lessons, master and studio classes, ensemble and orchestral instruction, and practice and audition skills;

TO EXPOSE Fellows and their audiences to rich musical literature;

TO INCUBATE the talents and interests of pre-professional musicians by working closely with accomplished professional artist-faculty in an intensive yet supportive environment;

TO TRANSFORM AND INSPIRE every Institute Fellow through the experience of focused study, preparation and performance.

Texas Institute for Orchestral Studies is an education initiative of Caminos del Inka a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization which is supported in part by a grant from Arts Fort Worth and the City of Fort Worth, Texas.
